Job summary

Pall Corporation in Redruth is seeking a Fluids Operator to build and test filter elements and assemblies, reporting to the Fluids Value Stream Leader. This on-site role sits within the Fluids department and supports the production of high‑quality components for aerospace applications.

You will work in shifts, develop within the role, and collaborate with a team while ensuring attention to detail and adherence to health, safety, and quality requirements relevant to manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience with hands-on manufacturing operations, with a great attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience with operation Health & Safety and Quality requirements in manufacturing.
• The ability to following technical work instructions and drawings.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities
