Job summary

Verify Europe is seeking a First Article Inspector/FAI Runner to support the First Article Inspection process for aerospace components. You will coordinate movement through the FAI process, organize FAIR packs to AS9102 standards, and track progress across ERP, MRP, and quality systems.

The role requires knowledge of AS9100 quality systems and AS9102 requirements, plus experience in manufacturing or engineering environments and in compiling FAIRS.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AS9100 quality systems and AS9102 First Article Inspection requirements.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Experience compiling FAIRS and maintaining inspection documentation.
• Understanding of document control and traceability requirements.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience working in a Quality department.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite aerospace components through the FAI process.
• Prepare and organise FAI packs in accordance with AS9102.
• Track FAI progress and update systems and stakeholders.
• Verify part identification, revision status and traceability.
• Maintain accurate records within ERP, MRP and quality systems.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, aerospace regulations, and customer requirements.
