Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited invites applications for an undergraduate intern in the Future Projects Office. You will contribute to preliminary aircraft design across wing and landing gear or overall aircraft teams, engaging with UK, France, Germany and Spain colleagues.

The role offers a 12.5‑month internship starting 16 August 2026, based in Filton, Bristol, with hybrid working options and a strong emphasis on development opportunities in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate studying Engineering with Aerospace/Aeronautical or Mechanical content.
• Proficient oral and written communication, and good IT skills.
• Creative and open-minded with a desire to learn and explore.

Responsibilities

• Work on early-stage projects in Wing and Landing Gear or Overall Aircraft Preliminary Design teams.
• Collaborate with Future Project teams in the UK, France, Germany and Spain.
• Participate in STEM outreach activities and site tours.
