Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited in Filton, Bristol offers an Engineering Degree Apprenticeship. The programme spans four years and three months with a regular salary and vocational training, leading to a BEng (Hons) Aerospace Engineering and associated diplomas. Start date is September 2027.

Apprentices will rotate through Wing Structures, Landing Gear, and other modules, developing technical and leadership skills while gaining significant placement flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 112 UCAS points or above: 3 A Levels BBC or above including Maths (B) and Physics/Chemistry (C) with further A-level/AS/ BTEC Diploma
• BTEC Extended Diploma in relevant engineering fields with minimum DMM or D
• T Levels - Merit overall in Engineering and Manufacturing (advantage Maths Level 3)
• GCSE Maths and English (Language and Literature) - Grade 5/B minimum

Responsibilities

• Placements across departments include Wing Structures, Landing Gear, Fuel & Inerting Systems, Flight Physics
• Rotations in Design, Simulation, Analysis and Systems Installation Safety Analysis
• Develop project management, business and financial knowledge through placements
