Job summary

Leonardo UK Helicopter division is offering a 2-year Graduate Programme for Aerospace Electrical & Avionics Engineering graduates. You will be inducted into Leonardo, rotate across engineering teams and external placements, and contribute to real-world projects with subject matter experts.

A £1,000 welcome bonus and the potential for a £1,000 exit bonus are included. We encourage on-site learning, with four days per week on site to maximise your development and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:1 Bachelors or Masters in Electrical Engineering/Aerospace related subject
• Demonstrated ability to work in cross-disciplinary teams
• Willingness to engage in a structured graduate scheme

Responsibilities

• Perform defined engineering design and analysis tasks across project teams
• Rotate 3–6 months across the Engineering department with potential external placements
• Participate in test plans, simulations and qualification activities
• Develop solutions aligned with the Helicopter Product Life Cycle
