• Bachelor-level or higher in engineering with aerospace electrical systems focus.
• Experience writing electrical system requirements, specifications and test specs.

• Lead electrical project definitions, capture requirements, proposals, funding and partner support.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring within their team and projects.
