Job summary

TipTopJob, Alcester-based, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex engineering and manufacturing initiatives across Aerospace, Defence and Power Generation sectors. You will drive projects from concept through to delivery, coordinating engineering, production, quality and supply chain teams to meet quality, cost and schedule objectives.

The role requires strong technical understanding of fabrication, welding, forming and inspection, with excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in manufacturing/engineering.
• Experience in Aerospace/Defence or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of fabrication, welding, forming and inspection.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• IOSH or NEBOSH qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple engineering and manufacturing projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Production, Quality and Supply Chain.
• Drive process improvement, operational excellence and equipment upgrade projects.
• Identify and manage project risks, timelines, milestones and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
