Job summary

TipTopJob is seeking an Engineering Manager for a highly specialised aerospace MRO environment. You will lead engineering, repair development, quality and production support, reporting to the Managing Director, and shaping engineering strategy and new repair technologies.

You will oversee teams across repair, development and manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with AS9100/AS9110 and Part 145 while driving performance and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in aerospace MRO or regulated engineering.
• Strong leadership across engineering, repair, quality and production support.
• Experience with AS9100/AS9110 and ISO9001 compliance.
• Engineering qualification preferred (HNC/HND or higher).

Responsibilities

• Lead repair, overhaul, processing, and manufacture of aerospace and gas turbine components.
• Manage engineering activities across repair development, production support, quality, and planning.
• Develop and approve repair schemes meeting OEM and customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Mentor and develop engineering teams and build high-performance culture.
• Manage resources, budgets, and technical priorities.
• Lead KPI and performance improvements across engineering activities.
