Humility is a key value within Capgemini, we see this as a fantastic foundation for self-learning and development.## **Your profile:**We are seeking consultants with the following experiences:* Proven background in a consulting environment where you have delivered parts of transformation programmes, ideally for Aerospace and Defence major clients* AI curiosity and ideally experience in creation of AI augmented propositions* Experience being client facing and developing client relationships, fostering trust and building credibility across your domain of expertise.* Curiosity and interest of defence programmes and experience solving problems in areas across the enterprise, which could cover either the public and/or private sector.* Passion for solving your clients most pressing challenges, achieving tangible outcomes through a mix of technical expertise and strong people skills.* Knowledge of tracking and delivering outcomes for clients and being able to deliver the change management capabilities needed to engage clients on delivering outcomes and sustaining results.* Importantly an ability to work within teams and manage individuals, demonstrating both the integrity and humility needed to engage a diverse group of talent, bringing out the best performance for our clients.* Declare they have a disability, and* Meet the minimum essential criteria for the role.We're also focused on using tech to have a positive social impact.
