Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited offers two 12-month placements in Communications in North Wales. You will join a professional team, gaining hands-on experience across internal and external communications, media relations, and content creation.

The role suits undergraduates completing their degree and pursuing a career in aerospace communications. Expect to work around 35 hours weekly with hybrid options depending on the role, and a salary around £24k plus holiday benefits.

Qualifications

• Undergraduates eligible for the full duration of the placement.
• Degree area: communication, marketing, public relations, journalism, media or related.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to engage stakeholders.
• Portfolio of work is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Craft engaging internal campaigns and messaging for the workforce on-site.
• Support local media relations, social media and community liaison.
• Write news stories, film and edit videos and campaign materials.
• Design and run internal and external campaigns and events from concept to delivery.
