Job summary

TEKEVER is seeking a highly capable CMM Metrology Technician to join our aerospace manufacturing team in Swindon. You will support the production and validation of advanced Uncrewed Aerial Systems (UAS) in a cutting-edge environment.

The role requires proven experience in CMM operations, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with aerospace quality standards. We offer a competitive salary, company pension contributions, and health insurance among other benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CMM Technician or Quality Inspector in aerospace.
• Strong understanding of geometric tolerancing and engineering drawings.
• Ability to produce clear dimensional reports and NCR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspection and verification of aerospace components.
• Program, operate, and maintain Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs).
• Generate detailed inspection reports, deviation reports, and data packs.

Skills

Understanding of GD&T

Education

Engineering / Manufacturing qualification (NVQ, BTEC, HNC)

Tools

Hexagon CMM systems
