Job summary

Holt Recruitment is seeking a Configuration Management Engineer to support the development of mission-critical systems in a regulated aerospace environment. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective configuration and data management processes are in place throughout the engineering lifecycle.

Your responsibilities include driving configuration management strategies, Change Control, and conducting audits to maintain compliance and governance in aerospace projects. This position offers hybrid and flexible work options, alongside a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Configuration Management aligned to DEF STAN 05-57 and EIA-649A-1.
• Practical experience across the five Configuration Management pillars.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interface confidently across engineering functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive a proactive Configuration and Data Management approach across engineering teams.
• Deliver work packages to cost and schedule constraints.
• Develop and execute Configuration Management Plans.
• Conduct Functional and Physical Configuration Audits.

Experience in safety-critical product development environments
