Job summary

Safran Nacelles Burnley site is a centre of excellence delivering aerospace solutions. We seek an experienced Process Manager - Assemblies to lead an assembly manufacturing area, ensuring customer demand is met safely, efficiently and to high quality standards.

You will drive SQCDP performance, develop people, and foster continuous improvement while working on-site in Burnley, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production management experience required.
• Proven people leadership and team management capability.
• Experience managing operational KPIs and performance targets.
• Strong understanding of SQCDP principles.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.
• QRQC, 5 Why and RCCA problem-solving methodologies.
• Production planning and resource management experience.
• Quality management and First Pass Yield improvement experience.
• Knowledge of QMS, SMS and 5S systems.
• Budget and cost control experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive accountability and performance within teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an assembly manufacturing area to meet production demand safely, efficiently and to high quality standards.
• Deliver operational performance across Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People (SQCDP).
• Develop and coach teams, driving a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet production commitments.
