Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations: the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland), known for innovative technologies; the Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany), one of the most modern in Europe; and the Sauber Motorsport Technology Center in the UK. The Power Unit is developed in Neuburg, while Hinwil handles chassis development and race operations with UK support.
This project requires a mindset of an athlete—resilience, determination, and a passion for racing. Be part of this historic journey and contribute to motorsport excellence.

Your mission
  • Engage in all aspects of race car aerodynamic development, from initial design to analysis using numerical and experimental simulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with aerodynamicists, CFD engineers, and Aero designers to enhance race car performance.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all areas.
  • Enhance your technical skills and knowledge of race car aerodynamics.
Your profile
  • Strong educational background in aerodynamics or fluid mechanics engineering.
  • Experience in planning and executing aerodynamic projects with clear targets, collaborating with group leaders.
  • Proficiency in CFD and 3D CAD software (preferably CATIA 3DX).
  • Understanding of CFD, wind tunnel testing, and related techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of leading a small team.
  • Self-motivated, creative, result-oriented, and flexible with working hours.
  • A team player with initiative, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
