Job summary

Alpine Racing Limited is offering a 1-year Aero Production Systems Student Placement in Enstone. You will support operational activities underpinning aerodynamic development, coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and analysing performance metrics to drive efficiency.

You’ll work across engineering, operations, and project coordination to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of wind tunnel models and test components.

Qualifications

• Penultimate-year university placement in engineering or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate aerodynamic development activities and production schedules.
• Track progress of components through design, manufacture and testing.
• Maintain departmental planning tools, databases and reporting systems.
• Monitor KPIs and assist in reports and dashboards.
• Support resource planning and workload management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects for efficiency.
• Coordinate component priorities and delivery schedules to meet deadlines.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures.
