Job summary

Ampstek is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and rollout projects from London in a hybrid setup. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive Agile ceremonies, and manage budgets, scope, and risks to ensure on-time go-lives.

The role requires 8+ years in project/program management and 3+ years with AEP/AJO/CJA within the Adobe Experience Cloud.

Qualifications

Must have strong stakeholder and client management experience.
Experience leading global delivery teams across complex programs.
Proven ability to manage risks, budgets and resources effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and project governance frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects without loss of quality.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementation and rollout projects.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
Coordinate with architects, developers, business units, and client stakeholders.
Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and delivery governance.
Ensure successful delivery of AEP, AJO, and CJA-related workstreams.
Track milestones, resource allocation and commercial governance.
Facilitate requirements gathering, workshops and stakeholder communication.
Manage program reporting, RAID logs, status updates and executive reviews.
Ensure quality delivery and successful go-live activities.
