Job summary

Ampstek is seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation and rollout projects from London in a hybrid setup. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive Agile ceremonies, and manage budgets, scope, and risks to ensure on-time go-lives.

The role requires 8+ years in project/program management and 3+ years with AEP/AJO/CJA within the Adobe Experience Cloud.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage risks, budgets and resources effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementation and rollout projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with architects, developers, business units, and client stakeholders.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning and delivery governance.
• Ensure successful delivery of AEP, AJO, and CJA-related workstreams.
• Track milestones, resource allocation and commercial governance.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, workshops and stakeholder communication.
• Manage program reporting, RAID logs, status updates and executive reviews.
• Ensure quality delivery and successful go-live activities.

Location: London

Work mode: Hybrid, 3 days in the client office per week

Experience

• 8+ years of project/program management experience.
• 3+ years managing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP, AJO, CJA, or Adobe Experience Cloud implementations.
