About the role

We are seeking a skilled AEM Software Engineer to lead a high-performing development team within the Technology & Operations division. Your responsibilities include brainstorming, analyzing, designing, exploring, and building customer-facing web applications, APIs, or microservices for the Digital Distribution Platform, supporting key strategic initiatives to enhance our Digital Insurance Sales and Services. You will actively contribute to the Agile software development lifecycle and be familiar with DevOps, Continuous Integration, and production deployment processes.

What you'll do

  • Develop organizational policies, standards, and guidelines for software construction and refactoring
  • Plan and support software development activities for strategic and complex projects
  • Establish domain testing policies and processes, including security testing
  • Initiate improvements to testing processes and oversee their implementation
  • Set release policies in the context of development and production/operations
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of engineering practices and frameworks that promote quality, automation, and security
  • Implement automation, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, configuration management, and monitoring practices across teams

What you'll bring

  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience supporting, advising, and mentoring engineering teams across various domains
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including Adobe Forms, Adobe Forms Data Model, Adobe Site Pages, Adobe Analytics, Data Integration, CRXDE, and AEM Components
  • Experience customizing AEM out-of-the-box components, authoring dialogs, and working with Adobe HTL/Markup
