Job Description:

This role offers a hybrid working mode, with 2-3 days per week working from the office. The contract duration is 6+ months, located in Basildon near London.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a visionary AEM Architect with expertise in React, Cloud platforms, and AI-driven personalization to lead digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients. This role involves technical architecture and strategic consulting, including content strategy, mar-tech integrations, and AI/ML-enabled experiences. You will work closely with stakeholders to define roadmaps, architect scalable solutions, and deliver digital experiences powered by Adobe Experience Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and lead AEM-based solutions integrating React and cloud-native platforms such as AEMaaCS and GCP.
• Advise enterprise clients on digital experience strategies, content architecture, and personalization.
• Implement AI-driven capabilities within AEM, including content personalization and AI integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless digital experiences across web and mobile.
• Evaluate current mar-tech architecture and define scalable AEM solutions.
• Plan cloud migration, headless adoption, and AEMaaCS enablement.
• Integrate AEM with AI/ML services like Adobe Sensei for content targeting and automation.
• Design DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Perform architecture reviews and oversee governance.
• Mentor teams and promote best practices in AEM development and cloud architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager, including AEMaaCS and headless setups.
• Strong front-end skills with React, Next.js, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), especially scalable AEM deployments.
• Understanding of AI/ML in content and digital experiences, including Adobe Sensei and generative AI.
• Deep knowledge of AEM components like Sling, OSGi, JCR, Content Fragments, SPA Editor, Dispatcher, Workflows.
• Experience integrating AEM with third-party systems and marketing tools.
• Familiarity with modern development tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills to translate technical solutions into business value.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Adobe Certified AEM Architect or similar certifications.
• Experience in consulting or enterprise client projects.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud products like Target, Analytics, Campaign.
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT API, Claude, or OpenAI.
• Thought leadership in headless CMS and DXP architecture.
