Qualifications

  • Experience with ASIC, FPGA, and CPLD technologies is essential.

Job Description Summary
We are recruiting across all levels for our Certification team.

Our Certification team and our DO254 engineers work across multiple projects, both civil and military providing an excellent opportunity for personal growth and development.

Job Description
  • Work on programs in determining product certification strategy and certification basis
  • Work on compliance planning and determination of means of compliance
  • Support / contribution to creation of cohesive project plans
  • Review of development artefacts, where applicable
  • Perform certification audit pre-assessments both of internal projects and external suppliers
  • Support to Customer AR / Regulatory Authority audits
  • Support and collaboration with Integrated Project Teams to resolve audit Findings/Actions/Observations
  • Support to / participation in industry working groups
  • Staff development, both within Certification and the wider engineering community, through technical guidance, coaching and mentoring of less experienced engineers
  • Develop and implement training modules as necessary
Qualifications
  • Experience/knowledge with ASIC, FPGA, CPLD technologies
  • Experience working with regulatory compliance related to Advisory Circular 20-152 and RTCA/DO-254
  • Experience of demonstrating compliance to certification regulations
Desired Characteristics
  • Knowledge of ASIC design and fabrication (to include both the fabless and foundry aspects)
