Job Description

Your Influential Mission: You Will…

  • Become an expert in Playtech software systems and apply your knowledge to real‑world business situations.
  • Work directly with clients to identify, analyze, and improve operational processes.
  • Support clients in delivering revenue growth through operational change and optimization.
  • Provide data‑driven recommendations and support the implementation of new initiatives and procedures.
  • Set goals, define KPIs, and plan business strategies with client stakeholders.
  • Support and deliver training activities for client teams.
  • Share backend knowledge and industry insights with internal teams.
  • Mentor and support less experienced team members.
  • Travel regularly to client locations to work closely with their operational teams.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and provide updates at agreed intervals.
  • Produce comprehensive project plans and roadmaps.
  • Deliver detailed periodic reports on project status to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct data and insight analysis to inform business decisions
Qualifications

  • Have at least 4 years of experience in a B2C or B2B role within the gambling or iGaming industry.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for operational detail.
  • Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of CRM systems and operational procedures.
