The Role

The Consultant supports project lifecycle activities, including business development, project planning, data analysis, and report drafting. You will also contribute to internal projects and research initiatives.

First Year Responsibilities
  • Support managers across client projects
  • Understand monitoring trustee services and industry sectors
  • Develop drafting skills
Second Year Responsibilities
  • Take on more project responsibility
  • Perform self-reviews and client interactions
  • Handle complex analysis and guide junior team members
After Two Years
  • Drive service line development
  • Lead workstreams and deliverables
  • Develop project management skills
Typical Daily Tasks
  • Research and data analysis
  • Assess financial and operational health
  • Draft reports and liaise with experts
  • Support compliance monitoring and business assessments
  • Engage with stakeholders and contribute to business development
Essential Requirements
  • Fluency in German, Spanish, or Portuguese
  • Master’s degree in finance, management, or related field
