We're hiring! 20 Temporary Advisors wanted throughout Summer

Start date: 15th and 23rd July until 30th September

Hours: 40 hours – Monday to Friday, will include approx. 1 Saturday and 1 Sunday per month (1-2 days off in the week)

Rota Hours: 08:00 – 16:30, 08:30 – 17:00, 09:00 – 17:30, 09:30 – 18:00, 10:00 – 18:30, 10:30 – 19:00, 11:00 – 19:30, 11:30 – 20:00

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Managing all enquiries from multiple communication channels including phone, live chat, email, web, and social media
  • Converting enquiries into viewing appointments and bookings
  • Following up on all enquiries
  • Identifying opportunities and customer needs
  • Updating all databases accurately for effective analysis
  • Liaising with property teams regarding local sales activity and ensuring they have the tools needed to drive lead conversion
  • Complying with Health and Safety policies
  • Working flexibly and effectively with colleagues

Skills:

Experience and Qualifications:
