Position Overview

We are seeking an Advisor - Human Rights in Supply Chains to join our SFA team. You will support members and clients in addressing risks of modern slavery and labor exploitation, develop strategies, and deliver SFA products and services, maintaining effective relationships.

Qualifications

Experience in Risk Management, Investigation, Supply Chain Management, Audit, Compliance, or related fields. Knowledge of modern slavery and human rights is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of members.
  • Create tailored action plans to address slavery and labor exploitation risks.
  • Drive member progress and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM and accurate records.
  • Deliver consultancy services using SFA methodologies.
  • Support senior advisors and provide guidance to associate advisors.
  • Undertake client work as needed.
  • Collaborate with sales, training, and account teams to develop relationships and additional services.
  • Support the development of new tools, guides, and international expansion.
  • Uphold SFA policies and Hope for Justice values.

Type: Full Time (37.5 hours/week)

Salary: Up to £36,400, depending on experience

Location: Flexible/Remote (UK-based with travel)
