A leading company in educational support services is seeking an Adviser Support Officer responsible for high-quality support and coordination of external engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, alongside experience in customer service. The Adviser Support Officer will be responsible for providing high-quality support, including the administration and co-ordination of activities and schedules for external engagement with schools, colleges, and UCAS Registered Centres. This includes managing internal booking systems, customer communication, and supporting the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date contact records.
The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms is ideal.
