A leading company in financial services seeks a skilled individual to manage Advice workstreams impacted by legislative changes. Responsibilities include designing advice documentation, providing consultancy, and creating training content. The ideal candidate will have a CII Diploma and experience in financial planning advice, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities and an understanding of regulatory requirements. · Manage the change delivery of Advice workstreams impacted by corporate or legislative change; contribute to multiple projects across the business and oversee the work of junior team members as needed. Ensure principles of Consumer Duty are applied at every step.
· Design, deliver, and maintain advice documentation and Partnership materials that meet SJP standards; engage with third-party suppliers and internal departments.
· Understand legislative changes; implement Advice policy and procedural updates across the SJP Partnership and other areas.
· Provide consultancy support and technical expertise on advice guidance issues internally and externally within SJP UK.
· Develop communication methods and training content to cascade information on business and legislative changes related to the Advice Framework and Suitability requirements to the Partnership, Field Management, and Business Assurance.
· Lead the creation and delivery of technical support materials such as help sheets, Q&A documents, and checklists for BA and Partners/PSS.
· Engage with and present to various audiences, including Partners, Support Staff, Senior Stakeholders, and deputize for the Head of Advice Proposition Development as needed.
Who we’re looking for:
A creative individual capable of identifying solutions to complex problems involving technical information and designing our Suitability Letter report writing tool. Knowledge of all aspects of advice processes and recognized as a source of advice in technical areas.
· CII Diploma qualification minimum.
· Experience with advice processes and delivering regulatory-compliant change.
· Strong understanding of financial planning advice principles, FCA COBS Suitability assessment, and documentation requirements.
· Experience in solving complex technical problems and designing report tools.
Special Requirements:
Some travel between offices is required.
