We seek an Advertising Specialist with Amazon experience to own the advertising strategy, performance, budget, and P&L across multiple regions and brands. You will be the go-to expert on Amazon Ads — from Sponsored Products to DSP — and play a key role in driving digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP) for Vendor and Seller accounts.
- Align advertising strategies with overall business goals and P&L objectives.
- Implement best practices to increase traffic, conversions, and visibility.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC) to optimize performance.
- Generate insights and share performance reports across regions and categories.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with local teams, sales managers, and product owners to align strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed.
Budget Management
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, monitor spend, and maximize ROI.
Retail Readiness
- Work with content and brand teams to meet Amazon retail standards (A+ content, imagery, keywords).
- Stay updated on Amazon platform features and advertising innovations, leveraging tools like Amazon Advertising Console, Brand Analytics, Helium 10, Pacvue, etc.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns across Vendor and Seller accounts.
- Deep understanding of Amazon advertising formats, bidding models, and algorithms.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar.
- Ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially across global markets.
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, German, or Spanish are highly desirable.
Preferred:
- Experience across multiple Amazon marketplaces, particularly in Europe.
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Brand Registry.
- Knowledge of SEO and retail readiness best practices for Amazon.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon DSP or similar programmatic platforms.
