Advertising Specialist – Amazon
Location: Manchester, United Kingdom
Type: Full Time | Permanent | Hybrid Working (3 days in office)

Join one of the world’s most innovative consumer goods companies and lead the Amazon advertising strategy for a major global customer. This role offers the opportunity to combine strategic ownership, creative execution, and visibility in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
We seek an Advertising Specialist with Amazon experience to own advertising strategy, performance, budget, and P&L across multiple regions and brands. You will be the expert on Amazon Ads — from Sponsored Products to DSP — and play a key role in digital growth acceleration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP) for Vendor and Seller accounts.
- Align advertising strategies with business goals and P&L objectives.
- Implement best practices to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize visibility.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor key metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, etc.) to optimize performance.
- Generate and share regular performance reports across countries and product categories.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with local teams, sales managers, and product owners to align strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed.
Budget Management
- Manage advertising budgets across regions and campaigns.
- Monitor spend and ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ROI.
Retail Readiness
- Work with content and brand teams to ensure product listings meet Amazon standards (A+ content, imagery, keywords).
- Stay updated with Amazon platform features and advertising innovations.
- Utilize tools like Amazon Advertising Console, Brand Analytics, and third-party platforms (Helium 10, Pacvue, etc.).
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing Amazon advertising campaigns for Vendor and Seller accounts.
- Deep understanding of Amazon’s advertising formats, bidding models, and algorithms.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
- Ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially internationally.
- Fluent in English; additional languages like French, German, or Spanish are a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience across multiple Amazon marketplaces, especially in Europe.
- Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Brand Registry.
- Knowledge of SEO and retail readiness for Amazon.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon DSP or similar platforms.
