Taboola is looking for an outstanding, execution focused and results-driven Team Lead to work within the Global Growth Advertiser Sales team, focusing on the Central & Eastern European Region (CEE) and Israel. The Growth department is the driving force behind Taboola’s innovation and success. Renowned for leading business transformation and delivering exceptional results, we excel at fostering growth and spearheading change. Our core responsibilities involve working with advertisers and driving their success through innovative strategies.
This is an entry level role into management where you will need to “lead by example. You will be responsible for driving new business sales within a new business sales team, ensuring that both you and your team meet and exceed sales targets. This is a new business Sales role within a new business sales team.
As a Team Lead at Taboola, you will play a dual role as both a player and a coach. You will develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurately forecast new business, and meet your own sales targets while leading your team to achieve theirs. Actively participate in researching, identifying, engaging, and closing advertisers, demonstrating effective sales techniques. Your ability to sell and manage will expand and diversify sales portfolios, ensuring the continued growth and success of your team and the company.
