In support of the Amazon Advertising business, the Ad Success Team (AST) is building a group of energetic and highly motivated Campaign Specialists. As a Campaign Specialist, you will work with a portfolio of advertiser accounts and be responsible for helping them meet their advertising goals via opportunity identification and account optimization. Additionally, a Campaign Specialist will have the opportunity to test internal tools, gather and share insights with internal product and engineering teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need to use your analytical skills to help advertisers grow their existing business and develop new opportunities. You will carry business goals and be measured on key metrics aligned with sales and account management team objectives. The ideal candidate is technically savvy with an interest in online advertising, good with data, well-organized, able to multitask, and possesses excellent communication skills. You should be self-motivated to engage with advertisers via phone to explain optimization recommendations and resolution paths. A strong commitment to customer success and a proven track record of exceeding goals are essential.

Core Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of Standard and High-Value advertiser accounts.
  • Work in rotational shifts and proactively make outbound calls to generate leads.
  • Lead kickoff calls with advertisers, guiding discussions with a preset agenda.
  • Analyze account performance, identify, recommend, and implement optimization solutions to meet client goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve Amazon Advertising products based on customer feedback, data analysis, and competitive gaps.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to resolve issues affecting advertiser performance.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business discipline.
  • Over 2 years of experience in sales/marketing.
  • Experience managing global clients and owning their performance goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Digital Advertising or related fields.
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail industries.
  • Passion for online advertising with a proven results track record.
  • Ability to interpret data and make business recommendations.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in data analysis through professional work or education.
  • Google AdWords/Bing Ads certification is a plus.
