Purely People are proud to be working with a leading Fashion company who are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-obsessed Advertising Operations Manager to lead the charge on their TikTok and Meta campaigns. If you're passionate about fashion, fluent in paid media, and love the thrill of making high-performing campaigns pop and perform—this is the role for you.


What You'll Do
  1. Own the Ad Lifecycle: From concept to conversion—you'll manage the end-to-end process for ad campaigns across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. Think bold, scroll-stopping content that speaks to the brand and drives results.
  2. Creative Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with their creative team to shape engaging ad assets (videos, carousels, statics—you name it) and test what truly resonates with our audience.
  3. Optimise Like a Pro: Track real-time campaign performance, tweak what's needed, and make data-driven decisions to hit key goals—engagement, reach, conversions, and ROAS.
  4. Marry Media with Merch: Keep a close eye on product stock and align ads with inventory so they're never pushing what they can't ship—or missing out on what's hot.
  5. Drive Insights & Strategy: Report on what's working, what's not, and where to go next. Your insights will directly influence campaign strategies and business decisions.
What they're looking for
  1. 3+ years managing TikTok & Meta ad campaigns (fashion/e-comm experience = a major plus)
  2. Strong understanding of ad platform best practices and analytics tools (FB Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA)
  3. Proven ability to drive performance through A/B testing, creative optimisation, and audience targeting
  4. Comfortable juggling cross-functional priorities and making strategic calls based on stock levels
  5. Obsessed with trends, creative innovation, and constant improvement
