As Advertising & Media Manager, you will be at the heart of our brand-building journey. You will lead the planning and execution of our media buying strategy that elevate Quilter’s presence across our target audiences. The primary focus will be to deliver the media strategy to build brand awareness with target consumers in addition to managing the advertising strategy for our B2B campaigns. You will play a critical role in helping to deliver our strategic goals.

You will work within the Brand team reporting into the Senior Brand Manager working alongside creative designers and a copywriter. The Brand team forms an integral part of the wider Affluent Division Marketing function.

Key Duties and Tasks:

  • Manage and deliver the advertising media strategy: Input and help manage the planning, execution, and optimisation of the media strategy across various channels, including digital, print, and broadcast media.
  • Campaign Performance & Analysis: Use data to measure and report on the performance of the campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Create detailed post campaign analysis for a range of stakeholders.
  • Agency & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, senior management, and crucially the media agency to ensure alignment with business objectives and the successful execution of the media strategy.
  • Innovate and Adapt: Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, adapting strategies to stay competitive and relevant.
About You

Experience, Skills, and Knowledge:

  • Consumer Media Strategy: Strong background in creating and managing consumer media strategies, including digital, print, and broadcast media.
  • Campaign Management: Expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in using data to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve and evolve campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and work closely with the media agency.
  • Experience in Financial Services Marketing: Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies within the financial services sector.
