Job Duties

• Develop and manage relationships with both new and existing clients
• Promote and sell a variety of advertising and promotional services tailored to client needs
• Create and present innovative, multi-platform advertising campaigns
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Represent the business at networking events, client meetings and industry gatherings
• Manage and maintain an up-to-date client portfolio and pipeline
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain client satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales with a strong track record of meeting targets
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to present and sell ideas effectively
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Experience in media sales is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
