Job summary

Lost Earth Adventures in Settle is seeking a Sales & Bookings Coordinator to join the small office team. This is a hands-on customer service, sales and administration role, focused on turning enquiries into bookings and keeping everything organised from first contact through to activity day.

The successful candidate will be confident on the phone, proficient with HubSpot, and able to manage multiple live enquiries and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or bookings.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Excellent written communication.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Able to manage multiple live enquiries and deadlines at the same time.
• Full-time office-based in Settle.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Talk customers through activities and help them choose the most suitable option.
• Follow up enquiries and quotations and turn opportunities into bookings.
• Use HubSpot daily to manage contacts, deals, tasks, notes and follow-ups.
• Manage bookings from initial enquiry through to activity taking place.
• Prepare and send quotations, booking information, confirmations and invoices.
• Follow up outstanding booking administration and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Keep accurate customer, booking and sales records.
• Coordinate accommodation, transport, venues and other suppliers as part of a booking.
• Ensure operations team and instructors have information needed for upcoming activities.
