Job summary

Royal Mail Group is seeking a Level 3 qualified mechanic for Walton On Thames Workshop on a permanent, full-time basis. The role offers 39.5 hours per week with a rotating shift and the potential to earn £50,000–£55,000 per year including overtime.

Qualifications

• Advanced Level 3 mechanic qualification required.
• Experience across a range of vehicle types (LCV/HGV).
• Full manual UK driving licence; HGV licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, maintain and repair vehicles, trailers and equipment.
• Use your own toolkit for routine maintenance and repairs on light/heavy vehicles.
• Access to specialist tools and modern workshops for servicing.
