Job summary

Banbury Cross Health Centre is seeking a clinician to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care within a multidisciplinary team. The role supports urgent and routine care, with autonomous clinical assessment and decision-making, within defined boundaries.

You will work towards Level 7 (Master's) qualification, participate in structured development, and contribute to service improvement, audits, and patient flow.

Qualifications

• Autonomous clinical decision-making within boundaries.
• Structured development programme incl. progression toward Level 7 (Masters).
• Ability to promote health, prevention, and integrated care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, evidence-based care across acute and chronic presentations.
• Support health promotion and prevention initiatives.
• Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and other professionals to provide integrated care.
• Engage in reflective practice and continuous professional development.
• Contribute to audits, risk assessments, and service evaluations.
