Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust is offering Enhanced Clinical Practitioner roles across urgent care centres in Central London. These band 7 posts are for experienced clinicians who can deliver same-day emergency care autonomously, supported by educators and Advanced Clinical Practitioners.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and HCPC or equivalent for allied roles.
• Evidence of completing Minor Illness and Minor Injuries modules.
• Independent Prescriber or on pathway to complete.
• Postgraduate qualification in advanced clinical practice (MSC) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous, unscheduled care for acute undifferentiated conditions.
• Collaborate with Emergency Services and other health professionals.
• Maintain high standards of care and contribute to service improvements.
• Support senior staff in operational management and development of the service.
• Take on shift coordinator responsibilities on a rotational basis.
• Achieve competencies in adult and paediatric care with structured learning.
