Kirklees Council seeks an Advanced Technician (ICT) to provide technical support across the Learning Accord Multi Academy Trust. We require an Advanced Technician (ICT), responsible to the Director of IT and CEO.

Responsibilities include technical ICT support, hardware maintenance, network maintenance, hardware & software installation, staff support, general maintenance (printers, paper, keyboards, mice), website maintenance, etc.

Hours are worked across the Learning Accord Multi Academy Trust schools, mainly based in Kirklees, or as directed by the Director of IT or CEO.

About Learning Accord Multi Academy Trust:

As of June 2025, the Trust operates thirteen academies across Kirklees and Calderdale, including Saint Aidan’s CE Academy, Scissett CE Academy, Skelmanthorpe Academy, Helme CE Academy, New Mill Infant and Junior Schools, St Augustine’s CE School, Kaye’s Academy, Lowerhouses CE Primary School, Luddenden CE School, Hebden Royd CE Primary School, Earlsheaton Infant School, and St Thomas CE Primary School. Five additional schools are joining, and Oak CE Primary School is an Associate Member.

All new employees are subject to a six-month probationary period. A Disclosure and Barring Service check is required.
