  7. Influence the clinical direction of the practice and help shape its future.
Key Requirements:
  1. RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with surgical certification or above.
  2. Experience in performing advanced orthopaedic, soft tissue, and neurosurgical procedures.
  3. Ability to demonstrate strong clinical leadership and mentor a team.
  4. Experience in delivering exceptional care and creating tailored treatment plans.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both with clients and colleagues.
  6. A proactive approach to developing and driving a high-performing, progressive clinical culture.
  7. Experience in liaising with clinics and growing a referral caseload is highly desirable but not essential.
What they Offer:
  1. £130,000 per year salary, with the potential to significantly increase earnings as you develop the referral service.
  2. Immediate start available.
  3. 4-day working week, plus 1 in 6 full weekends.
  4. Private Medical Insurance from day one.
  5. Health cash plan, covering dental, physio, and optical services, with 24/7 Private GP Service.
  6. Life Assurance (3 x salary).
  7. 5 weeks’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays, rising to 6 weeks with length of service.
  8. Paid ‘Day for You’ – an additional day’s leave to use as you wish.
  9. £1,500 CPD allowance, plus 3 days’ paid leave for continued professional development.
  10. VDS, RCVS, and BVA fees paid.
  11. Cycle to Work scheme and Interest-free Season Ticket Loan.
  12. Sabbatical opportunities based on length of service.
  13. Support for Tier 2 (General) Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance.
