Role Details:

This is a new purpose-built service for 5 individuals requiring support 24 hours a day, initially with 2:1 staffing, potentially changing as residents settle. We need support staff for waking nights, with shift patterns around 10 pm to 7 am, possibly evolving to sleepovers or smart tech overnight support. Activities include walking, cycling, arts & crafts, baking, outings, cinema, music, and social activities. Experience with adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and sensory communication is essential, with a Level 3 in Social Care preferred.
