This position involves supporting a young lady in a community 2:1 basis, with responsibilities including assisting with daily activities, managing distress, and following support plans. The role requires patience, clear communication skills, and flexibility to work various shifts, including nights from 10pm to 8am. Training in Makaton will be provided, and experience with it is beneficial.
