Advanced Speech and Language Therapist - Acute Services

Responsibilities include:

1. Advanced dysphagia management
2. Tracheostomy management
3. Assessment and management of communication disorders in acute services
4. VFSS and FEES procedures
5. Management of neurology and neuro-oncology patients in outpatient settings
6. Line management of junior staff
7. Service management and design of speech and language therapy provision at PRH
8. Leadership in governance activities such as education, audit, risk management, and quality improvements
