Job description

Advanced Practitioner / Senior - Salary starts at £68,437.82

Fancy relocating to the beautiful Channel Islands? This is a great opportunity to move in time for summer!

If you are an experienced social worker, we are currently helping a local authority in the Channel Islands recruit an experienced practitioner to their fostering & adoption service.

The authority is going through a period of strategic change, with senior management dedicated to making huge improvements to a service that has acknowledged their previous failings and pledged to make a difference to the children and families under their care.

They have referral and assessment, safeguarding, looked after children, and fostering teams, and even a new non-case holding specialist edge of care team.

The islands are known for their massive tax benefits, beautiful scenery, and slow pace of life. If this sounds like something you could enjoy, along with the chance to have a huge impact on their children’s services, then reach out to find out more.

As this is a statutory role, you do require a social work qualification & registration to Social Work England.
