Leaders in care are working with a well-established local authority based in the beautiful Channel Islands, to offer an excellent rate of £51.50 p/h for an experienced practitioner to join the Fostering & Adoption team as an advanced social worker.

In this role, you will provide essential support to children in foster care, adoptive families, and those considering adoption. You will assess needs, offer practical help, and prioritise children’s safety and well-being, joining their close-knit team to support vulnerable children and families, making a real positive impact on their lives. You will also have a protected caseload, as well having some management responsibiltiies, working closely with the TM and supporting less experienced social workers.
