At Leaders in Care, we are currently working alongside a great council in the Channel Islands (based off feedback), for an experienced children’s social worker to join the Duty and Assessment team as an Advanced Social Worker, for a great pay rate of £51.50 per hour.

This is a great opportunity for the right person to join a council that aims to provide a supportive environment for their social workers. This is done through opportunities for flexible working, allowing you to plan your schedule and manage your time as you see fit. You can also expect a hybrid working model, so you aren’t limited to office working and can enjoy all this beautiful island has to offer.
