Responsibilities

• Manage complex safeguarding cases and take lead responsibility for children and families.
• Undertake assessments and interventions in accordance with statutory guidelines.
• Prepare reports for court and attend hearings as necessary.
• Liaise with other teams, agencies and professionals to deliver comprehensive support.
• Lead, mentor and support junior staff members.
• Employ innovative approaches to problem-solving within the team.
