Job summary

Wigan Council’s Family Safeguarding Service is recruiting an Advanced Practitioner to drive high-quality, relationship-based social work. You’ll work within a collaborative, multiagency environment in which lower caseloads and a stable management team support meaningful change for children and families.

This permanent role offers opportunities to progress, with paths to become a Practice Educator or Mentor, and the chance to contribute to development initiatives and leadership programmes.

Qualifications

• Qualified and experienced social worker.
• Motivated by meaningful practice and ready for a new challenge.
