A health organization in Northampton is seeking an Advanced Practitioner. This role involves providing autonomous clinical care, diagnosing and treating patients, and collaborating with staff to ensure high-quality service. Candidates must be registered with a Professional Body and have experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care, along with relevant qualifications.
What your typical day looks like: Provide autonomous, advanced clinical care Assess, diagnose, treat, and refer patients effectively Conduct and interpret relevant diagnostic investigations Maintain high-quality clinical records Working as a part of a team and collaborating with other members of staff within DHU To be a successful Advanced Practitioner youll need: Registered and practicing with a Professional Body Registered as a non-medical prescriber, practicing post qualification for 6-months Have a minimum of two Level 7 modules, including Minor Illness OR Major Illness Have experience working in either Primary Care or Urgent Care Have autonomous practice in multi-professional teams
