An established industry player is seeking an Advanced Practitioner for a maternity cover role in their Locality Teams. This position offers the chance to make a significant impact on children's social care through the development and delivery of support models. This is a maternity cover opportunity for the role of an Advanced Practitioner for our Locality Teams in Hinckley and South Wigston for approximately 9 - 12 months. You will need to be a Children’s Social Worker registered with Social Work England. In this role, you will develop and deliver a coherent model of support and challenge related to social work practice development through training, group work, and 1-1 support. Working as part of a small team, you will help embed our departmental practice framework, Signs of Safety, and our ambition to be a trauma-informed children and family department.
