Role: Advanced Social Work Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced advanced practitioner to join a stable and supportive team within a friendly locality service. The AP role is vital for team support and development.

This role features a reduced and capped caseload, allowing time for learning, support, and performance development within the team. The AP will also support ASYE's and less experienced staff.
